Application Instructions

Achieving a professional-grade bond is simple with the right heat and pressure. Follow these guidelines to ensure your patch stays secure:

Using a Hat Press

• Temperature: 300°F (150°C)

• Time: 30 seconds (Pre-heating your hat is recommended for superior adhesion and easier placement.)

• Pressure: Firm, even pressure across the entire surface of the patch.

Using a Regular Household Iron

• Temperature: Set to "Cotton" or a Medium-High heat setting.

• Time: 45 seconds.

• Method: Place a thin cloth or rag between the patch and the iron surface to protect the leatherette from direct heat damage. Move the iron slowly while maintaining heavy downward pressure.
